	Dr. Boral has been in the practice of orthodontics 

for over 30 years.  He graduated from New York University 

College of Dentistry in 1975, and received his 

Certificate of Orthodontics in 1980.  He is a member 

of the American Association of Orthodontists (aaortho.org), 

American Dental Association (ada.org),  

New York State Dental Society and the Nassau 

County Dental Society.  

	

	Hello I’m Karen. I’ve been in the field for years, almost 30 
	
of them with Dr. Boral.  Prior to that I was in diapers. Ha-Ha! 

My title has changed several times since the day I started here.  

My current title is Office Manager and I’m also known as “COLOMBO” (aka-detective).
	 
I will leave no stone unturned until I can answer any question you may have. 
	
Feel free to ask me. It’s scary to be treating the children of former patients, 
	
but so rewarding to see the smiles we created coming back into the office. I enjoy 
	
every aspect of the orthodontic field.  In my spare time I enjoy spending time with 
	
my family, gardening and crafts.

	Hey Everyone!  My name is Amanda and I am the financial coordinator at Dr. Boral's
	 
office.  I can provide you with information regarding any questions you may have 

about your insurance benefits and assist you with any financial matters you may 

encounter during your treatment.  You can also find me at the front desk 

greeting our patients, attending phone calls and scheduling appointments.  I am 

pleased to say I am a former patient of Dr. Boral. Although wearing braces can 

be difficult at times, Dr. Boral's friendly staff and warm atmosphere made it 

such a memorable experience for me.  I always looked forward to my next appointment, 

where I received brace bucks for great prizes and delicious goodies on the way out.  

Ten years later, and now an employee of Dr. Boral, it is very comforting to start 

my work day each morning with the familiar aroma of our freshly baked cookies and 

being a part of the friendly staff, who helps you achieve a beautiful smile!   





			

	

YES, JILL HAS RETURNED! I am the “office cheerleader,” AS I enjoy cheering for
 
my favorite NY sports teams, which are the Yankees, Rangers, Giants and Knicks.

I also happen to be addicted to my DVR, watching my favorite TV shows.  I really
 
enjoy my job and love interacting with the kids. Seeing my patients mature into 

young adults and watching the transformation of their smile, is my favorite 

part of being an Orthodontic assistant.  

			

	

Hi my name is Katie and I am the "Insurance Coordinator" at Dr. Boral's office.
  
You can find me at the front desk or meeting with our New Patients to discuss 

insurance benefits and payment plans..I'm always willing to give a helping 

hand and make your experience at Dr Boral's more enjoyable. On weekends I 

enjoy spending time with my sons Connor, Cody & family. On your way out of 

the office, try our freshly baked Otis Spunkmeyer cookies & snacks. 

Believe me they are hard to resist. 



				

	HI!  I'm Mickey and you are sure to see 

me all over the office. My job is to make you 

smile.  I may surprise you when you're in the 

chair or pop up next to you in the waiting
